Project Red was founded by Paint This Town Red. However, it is the deepest desire of PTTR that Project Red would belong to the community, people, families, and neighbors of Pampa, Texas.

Project Red is simple: it is way to reach out to the needs of the community. Project Red can be many things: feeding a family, clothing children, repairing a roof, painting a house, cutting the lawn…really anything that meets the needs of the families of a community.

HOW IT WORKS
Project Red begins with identifying the needs of someone in our community. This can be done with the online application, a phone call, or an email. We take each application and process it based in several criteria. Once a project is decided upon begin doing what we do best: networking. We use social media, word of mouth, printed materials, letters, and video interviews to communicate the need. That’s the key: letting the community know that one of their very own is in need.

HOW DO WE PAY FOR IT?
Donations. We survive by the donations of caring individuals and local businesses who want to give back to their community.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
We make it easy to get involved. If you have internet access simply go to our FaceBook page and “like us.” From that point will have opportunities to let us know you will be joining us at the next Project Red event. It would also be wise to subscribe to this blog and receive email notifications.
